RCF Enterprises Inc. is a full-service general contractor specializing in medical and dental facilities as well
as all other professional commercial buildings. Founded by Rick C. Fee in 1977, the company has enjoyed stable
and continued growth for over 30 years. Our combined construction experience and talent of our supervisory personnel
exceeds 100 years.

RCF encourages the negotiated method of contractual agreement between owner and general contractor that bring us to the team early in the design phase of a project. We typically serve our clients best by understanding their needs and requirements and making a strong, professional input to the design team regarding construction techniques, value engineering, material selection, cost estimating, and determining the required level of detailing necessary to obtain the lowest possible subcontractor and supplier pricing.
RCF understands the importance of cooperation between the owner, design team and construction team to ensure a successful project. We focus on bringing together all of the different entities to create a union that shares a common goal.
RCF thoroughly reviews the project plans and understand the clients’ needs before construction begins. We constantly look ahead to identify construction and function issues before they become a challenge causing time delays and additional costs.
RCF’s commitment to each and every client is to ensure that budget and schedule requirements are met and that the entire construction process is exciting and enjoyable for the owners from concept through customer move-in. RCF has an open book policy with our negotiated contract customers. Our honesty and integrity shine brightly with our precise, accurate and detailed accounting of project costs.
RCF provides our clients and their financial institution with a detailed project budget prior to start of construction. Our budgets are based on multiple quotes from subcontractors of each trade and an extensive itemized listing of all facets of the project.
RCF subscribes to and utilizes the “American Institute of Architects” (AIA) document program. AIA contracts are utilized both for owner/general contractor agreements and general contractor/subcontractor agreements.
RCF maintains a current file of all subcontractor certificates of insurance and a precise updated file of lien releases from all subcontractors and material suppliers.
RCF’s detailed, tight and well maintained project schedules result in consistent on time or early delivery of projects to our customers.
RCF provides 100% on site supervision for all projects regardless of size. Our experienced superintendents are responsible for project safety, coordination of subcontractors, management of our own work force, maintaining the project schedule, and quality control of on-going work.
RCF maintains a clean, organized and safe project site. Our safety record is impeccable.
RCF has never failed to complete a project.
RCF, nor any of its officers, has never been involved with a project that has resulted in any type of judgments, claims, arbitration proceedings, or lawsuits.
RCF is licensed through the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We have never had any complaints filed against either license. Our license information is as follows:
